Lets do this day proud for the club its been a tough season, Won 18 Lost 3 and today we finish off at Pontycymmer

I feel there will be some super heroes on show today not on the field but off – so watch out !

Today also marks the final mile of Arry’s Dragon 1027 run which was completed yesterday

You can welcome back Arry today from the Novotel at 12 noon where she will be running into the finish at Roald Dahi Plas in Cardiff Bay between 12.30 / 12.40. Sorry the boys cant be running in with you

This is our last game in Division 4 and on Saturday and we will be presented with the Championship Trophy.

For many there will be memories of a team mate we lost and would hope that he be looking down on us as we lift the Trophy and we dedicate this title to the legend that is Townsend.

The players & Committee would like the travelling supporters to stay behind after the game to celebrate with them this seasons achievements and sing the Townsend version of the Mighty Quins song.

We wrap up this season and look forward to a party after the game where you are all invited, then we start it all over again come September.

Justin’s Funeral will be held on Friday 4th May 2012

It is with regret that we announce the untimely passing away of Justin Townsend

The Club members & friends would like to offer our condolences to Justin’s Family at this difficult time

All training has been cancelled as a mark of respect.
